It feels like a “badge of honor” to be contacted by a prestigious executive search firm about a plum job opening. Whether we are asked to apply ourselves or asked to suggest names of suitable candidates, we know we are counted among the top professionals in the field.

Please join us on November 4th, as the WID President’s Council presents a unique opportunity to go behind the scenes with three outstanding leaders of major executive search firms and hear about the process of identification and recruitment of candidates. We will ask them key questions, such as how to “enter” executive firms’ databases; how to be considered and contacted for key positions; how to become a viable candidate; and much more.

We will come away with a clearer view of the recruitment process and how to become a sought-after candidate for the high-level opportunities we deserve.
